はやいもので３月になりました。
昨日は、尊敬している先輩のところへ
追加工の依頼の品物を取りにいってきました。
いくたびに、いろいろな話を聞くことができ、
気付きをもらえ、刺激をもらえています。
昨日は、自分自身に１つの柱があれば、
苦しい時、困った時、必ずそこに原点回帰し、
見直してみる。
あの時に、できたこと、良かったことを
想いだし、そこに至るプロセスを精査し、
現状を打破するために、どうすれば良いかを
考え、行動してみる。
そんな話を聞くことができました。
ものづくりは、ひとづくり。
